Virtual design projects are usually turned around in about two to three weeks. In person Turnkey Design & Branding includes sourcing everything all the way to install and setup. That takes us right around 4-8 weeks dependent on property size. Every project is unique and we usually have a little bit of wiggle room to speed up as needed, but it may limit our furniture options. These timelines ensure we are able to tackle every detail so you can hit the ground running.

This screams "they really took the time to do that?!" which is exactly what we're looking for to turn guests into raving fans.

We recommend giving us a heads up as soon as possible, even if you are still waiting for closing day. Ideally when you're in escrow. Our goal is to have your full design plan ready to go the moment you get the keys, so you can jump straight into execution without delays because the longer your property is 'down' the more it will cost you.
