About Jordyn: For over seven years, I have been the go-to creative in my circle — whether it digital design, event styling, or real estate marketing. After a business degree and extensive training in the short-term rental space, I fully renovated my own STR, The Firefly Retreat, which reached the top 1% of its market in the first year! I fell in love with the process and have since focused on helping investors do the same — creating standout, high-performing rentals through design and strategy.
